Our dinnerware rental collection includes a wide range of plate styles. Options include simple white, classic china with gold or silver rims, ceramic plates in sage, black, and pink, floral and vintage patterned plates, geometric and bold coloured options, and clear glass plates. Whether you are setting a formal wedding table or a relaxed dinner party, we have a style to match.

Absolutely. Our dinnerware works seamlessly alongside our charger plates, glassware, cutlery, and napkin rings. Share your event colour palette and theme when enquiring and our team can help you put together a complete and cohesive table setting.

The number of plates depends on your menu. As a general guide, you will need one dinner plate per guest for the main course. If your menu includes a salad course, you will also need one salad plate per guest. If you are serving both a salad course and a dessert course, please note that we carry one size of salad plate that works for both — so you may wish to order twice as many salad plates to avoid guests using the same plate for both courses. For buffet-style or more relaxed formats, fewer pieces may be needed. Let us know your menu and event style when enquiring and we will help you plan the right quantities.

There is no need to wash the plates before returning them. Please scrape off any solid food from the surface and stack items carefully back in the crates or packaging they arrived in. All items are professionally washed and hygienically packaged before delivery, and we handle the cleaning on return. Please report any breakages so we can arrange replacements as needed.

All items are priced for a standard 24-hour rental period, which covers the majority of single-day events. Extended hire periods are available for multi-day events or longer activations, so please mention this when enquiring and we will provide the relevant pricing.
