Delivery Information

We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible.

Orders received from Monday to Friday are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt; orders placed during the weekends or over holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Our delivery partners will stay in touch with you and keep you updated about the date and time of delivery. For any issues concerning delivery, please don't hesitate to contact us.

We use express services throughout the UAE and globally. 

For international orders, our system will generate a shipping estimate at checkout based on your item(s) weight.

Our Couriers

Our courier partners offer full tracking for your convenience. Aramex in particular will deliver in up to three attempts. You can manage your delivery online, and collect from a local delivery office if necessary.
