What is The After Party?
The After Party programme is our way of showing how much we appreciate you!
You can earn points on rentals, purchases, reviews, referrals and much more. Points can even be used to earn discounts toward purchases and rental – that means the more you collect, the more you save!
Who can join The After Party?
Private individuals, event and wedding planners and stylists can all join our After Party rewards programme.
Once you create an account, you will be automatically enrolled and can start earning immediately!
Please note, if you’re a large corporate account, we’re working on a separate programme just for you!
How do I earn Party Points?
You’ll earn points just for creating an account!
After that, you can also earn points by following us on social media, making purchases, writing reviews, referring us to friends, and more. To see all the ways you can earn points, see the “Earn” section above.
How do I redeem my Party Points?
Party Points can be redeemed against future spends when your Party Points balance is 500+.
If you have enough Party Points, you can redeem them for a discount against your order.
Once you’re ready to redeem, simply select the option in cart at check-out, or contact us directly if a rental order.
How do I view my Party Points balance?
You’ll be able to see your points balance at the top of The After Party page when you’re logged into your account.
Please note – points may take up to 7 days to be added to your account.

Is there a maximum amount of points that I can earn?
No, the sky's the limit!
I placed an order – how long will it take my points to show up in my account?
It can take up to 7 days for your points to show up in your account after a purchase or rental order has been fulfilled.
How do I get points for writing a review?
You will receive a product review email 15 days after making an online purchase. After responding to the review email, points will be applied to your account within the next 7 business days.
How do I get points for following on social media?
Simply log in to your account and go to The After Party dashboard.
Select the tab “Earn Points” and click on any of the social media outlets you wish to follow. Log in to that platform and “like” or follow us!
If you already follow us, simply unfollow then follow again to get points for the action.
I have two Instagram accounts, can I get double the points for following?
No. The follow reward is limited to one per customer, per channel. You can earn multiple rewards by following us across our multiple channels
What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?
Your discount voucher will be cancelled and removed from your account.
Why did my account balance go down?
You or someone you referred canceled or returned a purchase.
Do my points expire?
Points expire if you have not placed an order within 12 months, so make sure to keep your account active!
How long do I get to keep my status once I reach a higher tier?
Congrats on making it to a higher tier!
Once you have leveled up, your status will remain for 12 months. In order for your status to renew, you’ll need to hit the spend threshold again before your renewal date (AED 2,500 for Cocktail, AED 5,000 for Soiree, and AED10,000 for Gala).
Can I redeem my Party Points in-person at the Party Social Showroom and Boutique?
Yes. Party Points are redeemable both online and in-store.
How do I leave the programme?
If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us to be disenrolled.
Please note that any points accrued will be lost, and will no longer be available should you decide to enroll again.
How do I cancel my account?
We really don't want to see you go, but if you no longer want to earn points, discounts, and exclusive offers, please email info@partysocial.ae and ask to be unenrolled from Party Perks.
We’ll unenroll you, but you’ll lose your hard-earned points and perks and have to start over if you change your mind later on.

Are Party Points refundable?
No. Once Party Points are redeemed, they are non-refundable.
Are Party Points exchangeable for cash?
No. Party Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
